Dallas Divide PurpleMountainPhotography : The Dallas Divide is located in southwest Colorado. Mount Sneffels is one of the major peaks. The aspen and scrub oak often put on a spectacular display in the fall. During the summer there are many outdoor activities available such as hiking, fishing, camping, and four wheeling. Yankee Boy Basin can be found on the south side of Mount Sneffels and is well known for the wildflowers that bloom during the summer.

Purple Mountain Photography was created by Gary and Patricia Derau. We live in Colorado Springs, Colorado and love the outdoors.
